it is complete opulence. Beautifully decorated and a truly exceptional experience. Vanitas Restaurant is a fantastic culinary experience. Rooms are beautiful and staff are very attentive.

Well trained staff. Comfortable bed, pillows O.K. great towels. Good shower. Spacious room but much of space wasted between bathroom and bedroom. Quiet room as requested after upgrade. Good T.V. great range of channels

Breakfast was very good

the Broadwater suites on the water are well away from any street or hotel noise- quite and peaceful. Vanitas restaurant is sublime if you like Italian food done really well.

Hotel remains stylish and elegant post the name change from Palazzo Versace to Imperial Hotel. Lots of gorgeous luxe features and Insta-worthy decor well worth a visit. Pool area is expansive and impressive. Staff were friendly and welcoming and willing to oblige requests for more pillows, extension leads etc.
